New York Laws – New Laws in the City of New York

Law consists of constitutional, statutory and regulatory laws. This bill would require City agencies to provide notices to employees and job applicants about available student loan forgiveness programs. It would also amend the City’s data breach notification law to align with requirements in State law. The bill would also require that a license be required for third-party food delivery services and repeal the current subchapter in the Administrative Code relating to them.
